Besides the full-time teachers, there are currently over 150 contract teachers working at the Mainz School of Music who manage more than 50% of the courses. Therefore, the make an integral and indespensable contribution towards educating our students both artistically and academically.
The representation of contract teachers at the Mainz School of Music advocates for the improvement of the working conditions of the contract teachers at our school.
